The hotel had working air-conditioning and a clean bathroom, which made our stay comfortable. The room was also quiet, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together. the hotel's exterior had a nice appearance, giving a good first impression.
It was evident that little effort had been made to update or fix any issues since its construction. The staff were not empowered to address problems and only offered to change our room instead.

The hotel was poorly maintained and needed repairs. There was no discretion for fixing problems and the solution was to change rooms.

the location was convenient, with easy access to different parts of the city. In case of emergencies, the signs clearly indicated the quickest way to evacuate the building, ensuring safety for all guests. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a functioning air-conditioning unit and TV. the bathroom was well-maintained and had cold water for a refreshing shower. the staff provided good service, promptly attending to any issues that arose. the breakfast options were delicious and delivered to the room on time. I also appreciated the hotel's facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center. it was a satisfying stay.
The WiFi signal was weak and required frequent reconnection to different routers.
